Abhishek Bachchan hits back at fan who suggested he should let Aishwarya Rai Bachchan work more; says, “She certainly doesn’t need my permission to do anything”

Abhishek Bachchan used the platform of Twitter to share his critique of Ponniyin Selvan 2, a movie directed by Mani Ratnam and featuring his spouse, Aishwarya Rai, in the lead role. Despite Abhishek offering commendation for Aishwarya’s performance in the film, a social media user advised him to allow her to pursue additional film projects and to look after their daughter Aaradhya himself. Abhishek’s reply to the Twitter user will surely win your heart.

Abhishek expressed his thoughts on Ponniyin Selvan 2. He tweeted, “#PS2 is simply FANTASTIC!!! At a loss for words right now. So overwhelmed. Well done to the entire team #ManiRatnam @chiyaan @trishtrashers @actor_jayamravi @Karthi_Offl and the rest of the cast and crew. And so, so proud of the Mrs. Her best by far.”


Twitterati reacted to the tweet and wrote, “As you should! Now let her sign more movies and you take care of Aaradhya.” To this Abhishek responded, “Let her sign??? Sir, she certainly doesn’t need my permission to do anything. Especially something she loves.”


PS-2 apart from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan featured Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Trisha Krishnan, and Sobhita Dhulipala in leading roles and Sarathkumar, Prabhu, Lal, Kishore, Ashwin Kakumanu, and Aishwarya Lekshmi in supporting roles. Talking about his performances in films, the actor received a lot of accolades and appreciation for his performance in the Yami Gautam, Nimrit Kaur starrer Dasvi.
