Gadar 2 meets Barbie meets Dream Girl 2: Ananya Panday digs out a hilarious throwback pic featuring Chunky Panday and Sunny Deol

Ananya Panday is currently seen on the big screen in her latest release, Dream Girl 2. The movie, released on Friday, also stars Ayushmann Khurrana in the lead role. In the middle of this, the actress has shared some pictures on Instagram that have got everyone talking. The pictures show Ananya’s father, actor Chunky Panday, dressed as a woman. He is wearing a pink outfit and a blonde wig. The pictures are from the song ‘ Oye Pape Bachalo Tusi’ from the 1993 film Lootere . In the snapshot, Sunny Deol is seen wearing a turban, similar to his role, Tara Singh, in the blockbuster hit Gadar 2 . Ananya captioned the post, “ Gadar 2 meets Barbie meets DreamGirl 2 [ROFL emojis] can’t get over this. Thank you @divyasolgama for finding these gems.” Ananya’s mother, Bhavana Pandey wrote “Love this” and added a bunch of red hearts and ROFL emojis. Boney Kapoor reveals Sridevi saw Janhvi Kapoor starrer Dhadak on screen before her death, would have worked with her in Kalank

Sridevi passed away in 2018, but she did get to see her daughter Janhvi Kapoor on screen before her death. In an interview with ETimes, producer Boney Kapoor, Sridevi’s husband and Janhvi’s father, revealed that they had seen the rushes of Dhadak when Sridevi was alive. “We had seen the rushes of Dhadak when Sridevi was alive. So, she had seen her daughter on screen,” Boney said. “Khushi had auditioned, too, and after Janhvi’s audition, she got a scholarship at the New York Film Academy.” Boney also revealed that if Sridevi had been alive, she would have worked with Janhvi in the movie Kalank , which was earlier titled Shiddat. “When Janhvi grew up, Karan Johar came home and expressed his desire to launch her. National Film Awards 2023: Vicky Kaushal and Shoojit Sircar dedicate the prestigious wins to late Irrfan Khan

Gadar 2: ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ composer Uttam Singh slams the makers: “They should at least have the etiquette to ask me once”

Bollywood actors Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel are back on the big screen with their latest release, Gadar 2. A sequel to the 2001 release Gadar: Ek Prem Katha , the film helmed by Anil Sharma also stars Utkarsh Sharma. The film entered Rs. 400 crore club at the Indian box office on August 23. However, ‘Main Nikla Gaddi Leke’ and ‘Udd Jaa Kaale Kaava’ music composer Uttam Singh has slammed the makers. In an interview with Amar Ujala, Uttam Singh said in Hindi, “They didn’t call me for Gadar 2 and I don’t have the habit of calling and asking for work. They have used two of my songs in the film and I have also heard that they have used the background music that I composed. Dream Girl 2 Advance Booking: Ayushmann Khurrana starrer sells close to 27,000 tickets for its first day

Director Raaj Shaandilyaa’s Dream Girl (2019) was one of the many hits that Ayushmann Khurrana gave a few years ago. But this one turned out to be much different that the other films the actor did. This one was an out-and-out laugh riot that was very much in the zone of David Dhawan and Govinda movies of the 1990s. The anticipation for the film’s sequel Dream Girl 2 is also quite high and this can be seen from the decent advance booking the film has generated. The last time Bollywood Hungama reported, the film had sold around 15,000 tickets for its first day on August 25. The number has gone up now. As per latest updates, Dream Girl 2 has so far sold 26,550 tickets approximately for its first day in the three major multiplex chains of India till today 10:30 am.
