Tahir Raj Bhasin is gearing up for the release of the period web series, Sultan of Delhi, helmed by director Milan Luthria in which he will be seen in a different role. Tahir will be donning the character of a gangster, a glimpse of which we got in the trailer. Interestingly, this is the first time he will be portraying such a role, which is starkly different from the characters and roles he has essayed over the years. In his decade long career, Tahir has worked with some of the best directors from the industry and the actor is extremely overwhelmed to have gotten a chance to collaborate with such big names. Darlings director Jasmeet K Reen to helm Madhubala biopic: Report

Following her directorial debut with Alia Bhatt, Shefali Shah and Vijay Varma starrer Darlings in 2022, Jasmeet K Reen has now signed her second directorial venture. She is reportedly on board to helm the Madhubala biopic. She will also serve as the writer of the upcoming movie. As per a report in Pinkvilla, a source revealed, “The biopic is currently in the writing stage. There are so many facets in the life of Madhubala and the makers are clear to have a script that justifies her legacy in place before taking the film on floors. Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha is reportedly stranded in Israel amid the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine. In a recent update, reports suggest that the Bollywood actress is in Israel amid the ongoing war and her team has not been able to contact her since Saturday afternoon. The actress was in Israel for Akelli premiere which was officially selected at the 39th Haifa International Film Festival. Mohanlal, Prithviraj Sukumaran start shooting for L2E- Empuraan

Four years after the success of the blockbuster film Lucifer , the team has begun shooting for its sequel, L2E- Empuraan . Mohanlal reprises his iconic role as Khureshi-Ab’raam aka Stephen Nedumpally in the film, which is being directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Manju Warrier, Tovino Thomas, and Indrajith Sukumaran will also reprise their respective characters from the first film. The film is one of the most highly anticipated Malayalam films of the year. The shooting began with a puja ceremony on Thursday, October 5, 2023. Prithviraj, Mohanlal, producer Antony Perumbavoor, and writer Murali Gopy attended the ceremony. Not-so-sanskaari-anymore: Dono is Rajshri’s FIRST film to feature kissing scenes

This Friday saw the release of  Dono , which marks the directorial debut of Sooraj Barjatya’s son Avnish S Barjatya and the acting debut of Sunny Deol’s son Rajveer Deol and Poonam Dhillon’s daughter Paloma. It is backed by Rajshri Productions and as expected, it is a clean family entertainer. However,  Dono  is not the typical Rajshri film as it features kissing scenes. This makes  Dono  the first film of the banner to show a liplock. Interestingly, the kissing scenes form a crucial part of the story. It is not added for the heck of it. In fact, it takes the story forward. At the same time, it’s shown in an aesthetic and pleasing manner and is not explicit.
